Spaghetti baked with shrimps and salmon

Spaghetti is baked with shrimps and smoked salmon with béchamel sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a large, square ovenproof dish with butter. Set aside.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the spaghetti, transfer back to a dry saucepan, add 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, mix well.
  3. Put the spaghetti in the prepared dish, cover with strips of salmon, and top with the shrimps, pour half of the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with the remaining spaghetti, pour over the remaining sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Cut the remaining butter into cubes and sprinkle over the spaghetti in a mold.
  4. Place the dish in a preheated oven, bake the spaghetti for about 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Sprinkle arugula on the finished casserole (optional) and serve.
