Spaghetti with shrimps and vegetables

Any pasta goes well with seafood and vegetables. In this recipe, I combined both, it turned out delicious.

  1. Peel the shrimps.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente (slightly undercooked), according to the instructions on the package. Throw the finished products in a colander, let the water drain.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, plum sauce, and chili paste (if using).
  4. In a wok or other large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Put the bell peppers and green beans in a preheated pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  5. Move the vegetables along the edges of the pan, and put the shrimps in the center, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce from the bowl to the skillet. Place in a skillet with spaghetti sauce and heat well.
  6. Serve spaghetti on platters, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
