Spaghetti with shrimps, feta and dill

Gourmet pasta: spaghetti, feta cheese, shrimp, dill and a hint of lemon for a spicy taste.

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Throw the finished products in a colander, let the water drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in a deep skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle the peeled shrimp with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, until tender, for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and zest, stir gently.
  3. Add cooked shrimp, crumbled feta and dill to the spaghetti. Drizzle the remaining ¼ cup olive oil over the paste, sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt and the same amount of black pepper. Stir before serving.
