A very simple recipe for an excellent beer snack is spicy fried shrimp. It will be very important on hot summer days. It cooks very quickly, it tastes like lick your fingers!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We take 0.5 kg of shrimp, defrost them by placing them in cold water for a couple of minutes.
  2. While the shrimp are thawing, chop the garlic at the rate of 1 clove per 100 g of shrimp.
  3. We also cut a small bunch of dill.
  4. Cut a little parsley for serving.
  5. Transfer the shrimp to a colander and let the water drain for a few minutes.
  6. We put the pan on the stove. Put butter on it and immediately add vegetable oil so that the butter does not burn.
  7. When the oil is melted, send the shrimps to the pan.
  8. Add 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, a little soy sauce there. Add hot sauce to taste (I use siracha sauce). We also add garlic and dill.
  9. Stir the entire contents of the pan. Fry the shrimp for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
  10. At the end of cooking, add the juice of half a lemon, freshly ground pepper, stir and remove from heat.
  11. We decorate the shrimp with the previously chopped parsley and serve. Bon Appetit!
