Squid and shrimp salad is a tasty, healthy, low-calorie dish.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. This will be the salad dressing.
  7. Chop the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
  8. Cut the olives into slices.
  9. Cut the squid lengthwise into two parts, remove the films, remove the chitinous plates, cut into strips.
  10. Place the squid, shrimp, Chinese cabbage and olives in a deep bowl, pour over the dressing, add a little more salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Stir the salad.
  12. Put the salad of cabbage, squid, shrimp and olives on a serving platter. Cut open the egg, place on the shrimp and squid salad and serve.
