Stewed prawns with tomatoes and feta cheese

This vegetable stew with shrimp is quick and easy to prepare. Serve with any side dish.

  1. Preheat oven to 240 degrees. Grease 4 heat-resistant tins with oil. Place on a baking sheet.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons in a large nonstick skillet. l. oils. Add onion and zucchini. Fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes. In a bowl, combine the onion mixture, shrimp and the following 5 ingredients. Divide the resulting mixture into prepared forms, sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the bread slices and grate with garlic.
