Steer Fry is fast, nutritious and infinitely varied. You don't have to buy a Chinese wok. In an ordinary frying pan, everything turns out to be just as tasty, bright and aromatic. Do not forget that products in a small amount of hot oil are cooked in a couple of minutes, therefore, all ingredients should be pre-cut and kept “at hand”, within reach. Using the basic principles of Stir Fry, create any recipes to your liking.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp. l. butter in a 30 cm frying pan over high heat for 30 seconds. Add shrimp. After 15 seconds, start stirring them. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
