Tagliatelle noodles with tomatoes and shrimps

The noodles are mixed with shrimp, tomato, aromatic garlic and basil sauce. Everything is prepared quickly and simply, it turns out appetizing and tasty.

  1. Boil the noodles in boiling salted water, following the instructions on the package (preferably until semi-soft - al dente).
  2. While the pasta is boiling, chop the garlic finely. Heat olive oil with garlic in a skillet over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Increase heat to medium, add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Put the cooked shrimp out of the pan and cover to keep warm.
  3. Leave about 2 tbsp. l. water in which the noodles were cooked, discard the noodles in a colander and transfer back to the saucepan.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Slice the basil (leave a few leaves for decoration). Add the tomatoes and basil to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour wine and cream into a skillet with tomatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Use a blender to smooth the sauce. Transfer the sauce back to the pan, add the pasta water, stir and bring to a boil.
  7. Add shrimp, heat. Toss the noodle sauce. Decorate the dish with basil leaves.
