  1. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and fry for 1 minute in olive oil. Then remove the garlic.
  2. Add shrimps to the pan with garlic oil and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Set aside the required amount of shrimp to decorate the tartlets.
  4. Peel and chop the avocado.
  5. Squeeze out the juice of half the lime.
  6. Put the shrimp, avocado, curd cheese and lime juice in a blender bowl.
  7. Grind until smooth. Give it a try. If you find that there is little salt, add sea salt and stir. Delicious shrimp, avocado and curd cheese pasta is ready.
  8. Fill the tartlets with cooked shrimp, avocado and cheese filling, garnish with shrimp and parsley.
