Tasty Pasta with seafood

Pasta with seafood, original recipe - in squid, with shrimps and creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  1. On the squid, we make several cuts across the carcass and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes. We transfer to a deep plate and cover with a lid.
  2. Next, fry finely chopped onions over medium heat. After 5 minutes add the shrimp and garlic cut into three parts, fry for a couple of minutes. Pour in the cream and after a minute add 85% cooked spaghetti to our sauce. We simmer everything together for a couple of minutes, turn off the heat.
  3. We take the squid in our hand, squeeze it so that it opens normally for laying the paste. With a fork we pick up the pasta, raise it higher above the frying pan, substitute the squid from below and carefully fill it with our squid paste.
  4. When serving, decorate the pasta with seafood with olives and finely chopped parsley.
