Put the turkey fillet in a saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam, season with salt and simmer under a lid for 15 minutes. Cool in broth.
Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, tabasco, olive oil and sugar.
Add chopped onion to the prepared sauce, mix and leave.
Disassemble the cooled turkey fillet by hand into thin fibers.
Peel the shrimps.
Cut the pineapple into small thin slices.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the turkey and shrimp in it, stirring occasionally, over high heat, about 4 minutes.
Put lettuce leaves on plates, on them - turkey with shrimps, slices of sliced pineapple. Top with Thai salad pour over onion sauce.
