Thai seafood salad

In addition to squid and shrimp, the seafood salad will include tomatoes, green onions, celery and rice noodles. And the salad dressing will consist of sugar syrup, lime juice, fish sauce and chili peppers.

  1. Fill the salad noodles with hot water for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, drain the water.
  2. Cooking sugar syrup. Pour 1 glass of water into a saucepan. When the water boils, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. We boil the syrup by a third.
  3. Cut the chili into thin rings. Squeeze 8 tbsp from the lime. spoons of juice. In a separate bowl, mix the fish (or soy) sauce, cooked syrup, lime juice and chili rings.
  4. We clean the shrimps from their shells, leaving only the tails. If the squids are whole, then we clean them of films and entrails. Cut the squid into rings. If you have ready-made squid rings, then we simply defrost them in cold water or at room temperature.
  5. Blanch the shrimp and squid for 4 minutes in salted water.
  6. We cut vegetables. Chop the peeled onions in half rings. Cut the tomato into large cubes.
  7. Chop green onions and celery coarsely.
  8. We mix all the prepared foods, put them on a plate. Prawn and squid salad, vegetables and rice noodles, pour over the prepared sauce.
