Delicious boiled shrimp cutlets cook very quickly. Despite the fact that the recipe uses oriental ingredients, they are not so difficult to find - cilantro, chili peppers, soy sauce, garlic. Basil can be taken not Thai, but ordinary. Try it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the shrimp and chop coarsely. Peel the cloves of garlic and leave intact. Peel the chili pepper from the seeds. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a blender (do not grind too much). Add beaten egg, salt, pepper and stir.
  2. Heat some oil in a skillet over high heat. Spoon the shrimp into the pan with a tablespoon. Press down lightly to make the patties about 2 cm thick. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Add vegetable oil as needed. Place the cooked patties on a paper towel-lined plate (to absorb excess fat).
  3. Serve the shrimp cutlets with arugula leaves and chili sauce.
  4. Bon Appetit!
