Warm seafood salad with rice

The recipe for the original warm seafood salad with rice and quail eggs. Warm salads are still not very popular with us, and this is only because many do not know their wonderful taste.

  1. Cook quail eggs in salted water for 10 minutes. We clean the cooled eggs and cut them in half.
  2. Cook the washed rice in salted water until tender, 20 minutes.
  3. We wash the finished rice under running water, dry it. Add finely chopped onion to the rice.
  4. Boil squid rings for no more than 1-2 minutes in salted water.
  5. In a preheated skillet with the addition of 1 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil fry the shrimps and mussels for 2 minutes.
  6. After 2 minutes, add paprika, garlic and salt to the seafood to taste.
  7. Preparing the dressing. In a separate container, mix olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.
  8. We form a seafood salad with rice. Put greens or salad to taste on portioned plates, put squid rings on top.
  9. Put rice in the middle of the rings. Spread the remaining rice around the rings. Put seafood on top. Decorate the seafood salad with rice with quail egg halves. Pour the prepared dressing over the warm salad.
