Pasta, shrimp and green peas are all you need to quickly and easily prepare a delicious dinner.

  1. Place the saffron in a small bowl and pour over the wine. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour shallots into a preheated pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until soft. Add peas and shrimp to the pan, fry, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Put saffron and wine in a frying pan. Increase the heat and simmer until the liquid is halved. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Throw the pasta in a colander, let the water drain and transfer the products to the pan. Cook the shrimp pasta for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot shrimp pasta, sprinkle with dill.
