Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, according to the instructions on the package.
Put saffron and wine in a frying pan. Increase the heat and simmer until the liquid is halved. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Throw the pasta in a colander, let the water drain and transfer the products to the pan. Cook the shrimp pasta for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot shrimp pasta, sprinkle with dill.
