Puff pastry rolls with shrimps

Delicate crispy appetizer with tiger prawns.

Ingredients

  1. Cut one sheet of dough in half, grease one half with butter and cover with the other half. Do this with all the sheets.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 230 degrees. Cut the shrimp in half along the back, remove the black vein.
  3. Put 4 shrimps on each sheet of dough, sprinkle with mint and dill, sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll the dough into a roll, inside which there should be shrimps. Do this with all the sheets of dough and shrimp.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put rolls on it and put in a preheated oven. Bake the products for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Serve with unpeeled shrimp and lemon wedges.
