Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into thin strips. Chop the dill finely. Peel the garlic and lightly crush it with a knife.
Defrost the shrimps at room temperature or pour boiling water over them to remove the top glaze. Peel the shrimps from their heads and shells. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Mix cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, dill, garlic, shrimps and crab sticks. Salt and pepper to taste and stir.
Season the salad with sour cream. Mix gently.
Put washed green lettuce leaves on a dish or in a salad bowl, and put a salad with shrimps, crab sticks and tomatoes on top. We decorate the ready-made salad with shrimps and herbs if desired.
