Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into small pieces and fry in a skillet with high sides until golden brown. There is no need to add salt and spices;
  2. While the fish is fried, prepare the products: chop the pistachios in a blender (no need for crumbs !!!) or chop, chop the tomatoes and onions into small cubes, just chop the garlic finely, defrost the shrimps;
  3. Take out the fish and fry the onion + garlic + shrimp in its fat, add a little salt;
  4. When everything is browned a little, add tomato + water + cream, bring to a boil and add fish;
  5. Let it simmer under the lid for a couple of minutes and add pistachios + tomatoes + spices + the required amount of salt (I added a little seafood seasoning and a couple of pinches of basil). Simmer covered over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
