Seafood salad

Festive puff seafood salad, namely shrimp and squid, with eggs and red caviar, garnished with fragrant lemon balm. Real sea taste!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We send frozen shrimps in a large enough container so that there is volume for water. Sprinkle the shrimp liberally with salt and pour boiling water over the shrimp completely. Cover with a plate and set aside for now.
  2. We boil water in a saucepan, add a lot of salt to it and put the thawed squid in boiling water. Cover with a lid, let it boil, cook for no more than a minute and turn off the heat.
  3. Peel and dice the boiled eggs.
  4. Cut the squids into cubes.
  5. We clean the shrimp (remove the head and shell).
  6. Form a puff seafood salad. We spread all prepared products in thin layers in serving molds on plates. (You can also make sea salad in one large salad bowl by simply stirring all the ingredients.)
  7. Lay the eggs in the first layer. Add mayonnaise. The second layer is squid. Then again eggs and a spoonful of mayonnaise. After that, lay out the shrimp. Again a layer of eggs. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Spread the squid and some shrimp evenly again. The last layer of shrimp and squid salad is eggs.
  8. Grease the puff salad of eggs and seafood with mayonnaise on top. Lightly press the salad on top, carefully remove the molds and decorate the festive salad with red caviar, shrimps and lemon balm.
