Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Place lettuce, cherry tomatoes and chopped cream tomatoes in a large deep bowl.
Cut the salmon into thin strips and place in a bowl with tomatoes and lettuce. Add shrimps there (if frozen, then defrost first).
Prepare the dressing. In a small, deep bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients (including some chopped dill), whisk lightly with a whisk or fork. Pour over the salad with this dressing, mix well, sprinkle with black pepper.
Serve the salad immediately or chilled, garnish with dill sprigs.
