Shrimp salad - recipe with tomatoes, lettuce and parmesan. In France, Italy and much of continental Europe, seafood is traditionally eaten on Christmas Eve. But we will not stick to these traditions and will make this wonderful and delicious shrimp salad whenever we want. This salad is good both for breakfast and for a light dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We throw shrimps into boiling water, literally for one minute. We overturn them in a colander, let the water drain. You can peel them off if you like.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Peel the garlic, cut it in half. We also cut the pepper in half and remove the grains. Put the garlic and pepper in the heated oil, fry until golden brown.
  3. As soon as the garlic is browned, discard it and the pepper. The oil became fragrant and pungent. We put the shrimps there and fry for literally 2 minutes. Pepper (you don't need to pepper).
  4. Put lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes into a plate. Top of the shrimp.
  5. Mix well, salt to taste. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Shrimp and tomato salad is ready.
